Ms. Parker attended Johns Hopkins University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Leadership and her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership while working for the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington D.C. After 27 years, Ms. Parker retired from the police force to focus on her passion for law to assist her community in wealth preservation through Parker Legal LLC. She graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
